It could end with you becoming part of the "Winning European Team", and as a result, securing your place at the Global Final on 24-26 May, 2022. To support you to perform at your best during the Global Final, we are offering an additional unique prize of a "Fireside Chat" Q&A; session with Christophe Duron, Senior Vice President - Sales, Brand Operations and Digital - Europe. Can anyone participate in the CEO Challenge?

Yes, any active student studying towards a Bachelor or Master's degree or recent graduates from the prior academic year can form a team to participate. Teams must have 3 members. Active employees and interns at P&G; cannot participate.

Is the selection process for applying to the CEO Challenge the same as applying to a job at P&G;?
No, the CEO Challenge is designed to test your skills predominantly through real business case study but also design thinking and business simulation depending on how far you reach in the competition. Participating in CEO Challenge does not automatically apply you to a job at P&G; or indeed obligate you to apply. However, we highly encourage you to explore our careers website at https://www.pgcareers.com to discover job opportunities that may match your interests. Alternatively, you can register using this link https://www.pgcareers.com/stay-informed and opportunities matching your interests will be shared with you.
The simple selection steps to apply and enter P&G; CEO Challenge are:
1. Check you meet the eligibility criteria as described in question 1
2. Gather your team or if you prefer, come on your own and we will match you to others to form a team**
3. Sign up and as soon as the case study goes live in your country your challenge can begin!
**Please note, where you elect to be matched to a team you are agreeing for your email address to be shared with the two team members you are matched to. Progression in the competition is subject to all three matched team members agreeing the match. Should a team not form fully on first attempt we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are rematched. Our aim is to enable and welcome as many people as are interested to participate in P&G; CEO Challenge.
In which language does CEO Challenge take place?

The online case study will be presented in English. During the combined national stage of the competition the core language will be English, but you may also experience some activities in local language. However, please note, you will be asked to prepare your case study presentation and present your findings in English. Regional and Global finals will be held fully in English.
Where are the National and Regional Finals taking place?

For the second year running both the CEO Challenge Europe National round and the Europe Regional round will take place in virtual format. We are excited to bring CEO Challenge to you in this format and are confident to bring you an outstanding experience. Dates of the Finals can be found in the timetable above.
How and when will the Winners be contacted?

National round finalists will be chosen based on the score achieved in the online case study and additional submission commentary. Winning teams will be contacted no later than Monday 14th February 2022 confirming their place. Make a note of the National round dates now and keep your diary free – we hope to see you there!
What if we miss the deadline for the submission of the online case?

If you miss the submission deadline for the online case, you and your team will automatically be eliminated, and you will not be able to continue in the competition.
How long will the National Finals take? What about the Regional Final?

Both the Europe National Final and Europe Regional Final will last up to 2 days.
What is the prize for the Europe Final Winners?

The Winning team will get to compete with the best talent out there for the chance to crowned the global P&G; CEO Challenge Winners. During the global finals, this year held virtually, the regional teams will participate in capability trainings on different areas of P&G; business, compete in a unique business simulation challenge and enjoy an opportunity for networking amongst fellow competitors along with many inspiring P&G;'ers.
What is the prize for the Global Final Winners?

The prize is an exclusive meeting with our new CEO Jon R. Moller and an access all areas ticket to our world-renowned Signal conference where the global winners will join executives, founders, and industry disruptors at our most exciting event of the year!
Is there a participation cost?

Participation in P&G; CEO Challenge is free for eligible students and recent graduates (from the prior academic year).
